Our combination of a large live recording hall, extensive equipment, a deep microphone collection, and on-site instruments creates an exceptional recording environment. Mikel’s and/or Ralph’s personal attention helps ensure a smooth session and a professional final result.

Yes. Every project, large or small, gets our full attention. A no-obligation visit for an introduction or pre-session discussion is standard. Just ask.

We can be reached 24/7 by email, phone and our contact form. Our response time is within 12 hours.
We cannot consistently monitor social media messages.

Yes. We welcome musicians, producers, and engineers who want to run their own session. Our equipment and patching are set up to make it easy for visiting engineers to access the full facility quickly. After a brief introduction (if needed), there is always at least one skilled assistant present in the building.

We work on Apple computers with Pro Tools. For guests, Logic Pro and Ableton Live are also installed. A wide range of plug-ins is available.

Yes. We can provide access to our outboard and monitoring via Dante, or via USB using the Lynx Aurora 16-channel AD/DA converter.

Yes. We have a substantial collection of analog tape machines, including 2” 24-track and stereo 1/2” and 1/4” machines, with Dolby SR, Dolby A, DBX, and Telcom noise reduction.

We offer an hourly rate or a day rate. We apply whichever option is most cost-effective for the client. Special project rates can be agreed in advance when relevant. All prices are excluding VAT; VAT is currently 21% and is payable by the client. VAT also applies to clients outside the Netherlands. Check our pricing here.

Possible additional costs are:
Grand piano tuning: €100 per tuning (per day), charged after booking.
Fridge items: beer, 0% beer, and soft drinks at €2 per item (tracked on a tally sheet). Coffee and tea are included.
External costs (e.g., instrument rental/transport): typically billed directly to the client by the supplier, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

We’re easy to reach by public transport. The nearest metro stop is Van der Madeweg, about a five-minute walk from the studio.

We’re located next to the A10 ring road, exit S111. Drive onto Pieter Braaijweg; at the end, turn left diagonally opposite the tall iron BMW garage.

We generally have 4 free on-site parking spaces and 2 parking permits for free street parking, arrangement in advance is required. Our parking area includes 2 EV charging points.

We run the studio entirely on solar power from 96 panels. Our vintage gear loves electricity, so we’re happy it’s solar power. And with our extensive battery system, we’ve added extra operational reliability.
